Save Flood Insurance Agency was founded to solve a problem many homeowners face. Flood insurance is often confusing, overpriced, and built around minimum requirements rather than real protection.
The agency was started in 2017 by Caleb Block, a licensed insurance agent and REALTOR® who saw firsthand how homeowners were being placed into flood policies that did not reflect their true risk or their budget. His goal was simple. Make flood insurance easier to understand, more affordable, and tailored to the property and the person, not just the map.
Today, Save Flood continues that mission as a family-run agency led by Caleb’s father, Wayne Block. The focus remains the same. Clear guidance. Honest pricing. Personal service. Coverage that actually makes sense.
